Defective items- please contact us first, to notify us of
the damage or defect. We will work with you and the manufacturer to get you the replacement parts you need. We at JC
Aquatics aren't responsible for any personal property damage or injury due to defective or flawed items, or items
not used as intended or instructed.
Damaged items-
Please inspect all items when they arrive to make sure they are intact. Damaged items must be reported to us within
7 days of delivery. Don't dispose of any packaging until after you determine there are no problems. Original packaging
is needed for the claim investigation. We will not be responsilble for damaged items that aren't reported in the proper
time frame, or cannot be filed due to not having all the packaging. A damaged item will replaced with a new one
once the original is recieved back here. Contact us for instructions on return shipping.
Returns- New, unopened, and unused items can be returned to us for a credit of
the original purchase price- less actual S&H fees for up to 30 days after the purchase date. After 30 days there will
be a 10% restocking fee. It is the customers responsibility to repack, ship and insure the package. Any damage done to the
item being returned will be subtracted from the credit and will be up to the customer to submit a claim. Items bought off
the Clearance page are not eligible for return.
